Today Damian Siedlecki proudly represented our #wobblingPWr team at ESB 2025 Congress in Zürich (Switzerland) with a podium presentation entitled "Experimental Assesment and Parametrization of Crystalline Lens Ooscillation Induced by Gaze Shifts". This was a great opportunity to share our latest and unique results of population study on wobbling parameters among young, healthy subjects. And for the first time ever we revealed that the intraocular pressure (IOP) may play a role in the wobbling process - what was until now only in the realm of conjecture and intuition has now been experimentally confirmed.
A few moments later, Jorge Grasa, our great friend form Zaragoza, showed another cooperative work entitled "3D Biomechanical Simulations of Crystalline Lens Oscillations Induced by Gaze Shifts", presenting a novel approach to the FEM simulations of wobbling dynamics.
Participation in a conference like the ESB Congress was a wonderful and unforgettable experience, full of inspiration and new connections.
